tv did not want to flame, standby indicator turns on.
first measure all supply voltages, the voltage turns out there is only 5v voltage.
then measuring the voltage at pin 62 IC HBT 00-04 G,measurable voltage 0v.
voltage at pin 62 should be 5v.
search line pcb, it turns toward the vertical ic.
measurement capacitor c402, the capacitor was dry.
if the vertical ic is not short circuited,then replace the c402.
then the TV will return to normal
